Built honestly
- ✓Multi-tenant by default. RLS on every table. Service-role only on sensitive data (OAuth tokens, voice transcripts, BAA artifacts).
- ✓BYOK on everything (Business + Enterprise plans). Bring your own keys for any provider. Stored AES-256-GCM encrypted with PBKDF2-derived per-tenant secrets. Free / Starter / Pro pay through the credit balance.
- ✓Confirm before charge. Every paid action shows the credit cost in a confirm dialog before billing. No silent charges.
- ✓Plan-then-approve mode. Long-running missions and computer-use plans can require explicit approval before execution. High-risk plans (irreversible, sends messages, spends money) stay blocked until a human lowers the risk rating.
- ✓Refunds on failure. If a Vercel deploy or LLM call fails after we charged, we refund credits automatically and log the audit trail.
