Approve a workflow run that needs sign-off

You sign off on a paused workflow run so the rest of it can run without you in the loop.

• Resumes work that was waiting on you
• Bulk-approve when many runs use the same template

Outcome

The paused workflow resumes after your approval.

Steps

1. Open /workflows/queue or /approvals.
2. Click the pending run.
3. Read the proposed action.
4. Click Approve or Reject.

Variations

• Bulk-approve when several are waiting on the same template.
