Open the Pipeline Kanban when you want to move deals through stages by dragging cards instead of editing fields.

What this is

The Pipeline view is the Kanban board of every active deal. Drag a card to move it to the next stage.

Who can access it

Owner, admin, member, viewer, agency, founder.

What it does

  • Renders deals as cards grouped by stage.
  • Drag-and-drop to change stage.
  • Shows total value per column.
  • Highlights stale cards.

How to use it

  1. Open /leads/pipeline.
  2. Pick the pipeline you want to view.
  3. Drag cards to move stages.
  4. Click a card to open the deal detail.

Rules and limits

  • Viewers cannot drag.
