Steps

1. Open /snippets.
2. Click New snippet.
3. Enter a short trigger keyword and the snippet body.
4. Tag it for filtering later.
5. Save.

Variations

• Use slash commands like /snip in chat and email composers to insert.

What can go wrong

• Snippet does not insert: confirm the trigger has no spaces and matches case.
• Duplicate trigger: rename the snippet to a unique keyword.
