What it does

  • Aggregates inbound across every connected channel.
  • Threads conversations by participant.
  • Flags items needing reply with an aging timer.
  • Lets you reply in line or hand off to a teammate.

How to use it

  1. Open /inbox.
  2. Sort by unread or oldest.
  3. Click into a conversation to reply.
  4. Apply a tag or assign to a teammate.

Rules and limits

  • Channels need to be connected at /connectors first.
  • Viewers can read everything but cannot reply.
