You build rules that score every lead so sorting and routing run on data.

What this is
Lead scoring rules assign positive or negative points to each lead based on conditions you define. Total score lives on the lead record and drives sorting and auto-assignment.
Who can access it
Owner, admin, member, viewer, agency, founder.
What it does
- Build conditions (field equals, contains, more than, less than).
- Assign points per rule.
- Preview which leads each rule would affect.
- Bulk recompute scores across the entire CRM.
How to use it
- Open /scoring-rules.
- New rule. Pick conditions and points.
- Preview affected leads.
- Save. Bulk recompute if you want existing leads updated.
Rules and limits
- Bulk recompute is a long-running job; runs in /queue.
