Sending identities

Why use this

You authorize which email addresses Looper can send from with SPF and DKIM verification.

Benefits:

• DNS-based verification is durable
• Required for high inbox placement
• Per-domain and per-address support

What this is

Sending identities are the verified email addresses (or domains) Looper is allowed to send mail from on your behalf. Verification: SPF, DKIM, inbox confirmation click.

Who can access it

Owner, admin, agency, founder. Members read-only.

What it does

• Add an address or domain.
• Looper generates DNS records to add.
• One-click verification email.
• Tracks status (pending, verified, failed).

How to use it

1. Open /sending-identities.
2. Add address or domain.
3. Add DNS records at your registrar.
4. Click verify in the confirmation email.

Rules and limits

• Sequences refuse to send from unverified senders.
